The CIPA Examination Network (CIPAEN) was founded in April of 2002 to serve as centrilized independent examination administrator of the CAP and CIPA exams for the membership of ECCAA associations. This program was the first to offer these certification exams in the Russian language.
Exams are delivered simultaneously in numerous locations throughout the countries of Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Belarus and Russia (Moscow). The CIPAEN relies on external ACCA/CPAs and local experts in the development, quality control and grading process.
